Accessibility consulting & audits

Strategy and hands-on delivery from someone who helps write the standards: W3C Accessibility Guidelines, ARIA and APA working-group member, WCAG 2.2 and 3.0 contributor, and former head of technical accessibility for a 14-million-member enterprise. Audits, remediation roadmaps, program builds, champions networks and kiosk/ATM accessibility. Recent work includes writing the end-to-end accessibility procurement process for one of the world’s largest retailers (name under NDA).
